outlvba.dll error message

When I open Outlook 2003, I get the error message, "C:\Documents and
Settings\Xyz\Application Data\Microsoft\AddIns\outlvba.dll" is not a valid
Office Add-in. However, there is no further problem after that.

I had Outlook 2000 and I installed outlook 2003 before uninstalling 2000.
Now, I've uninstalled 2000 but the error message still comes. What could be
the problem. Thanks in advance.

It's an invalid add-in. Disable this add-in! You'll find in

Tools | Options | More | Advanced Options | COM-Add-Ins

How do I disable it? When I click the "COM Add-Ins.." button in Advanced
Options, the same message is displayed ("C:\Documents and
Settings\Xyz\Application Data\Microsoft\AddIns\outlvba.dll" is not a valid
Office Add-in.)

On clicking OK, the COM Add-Ins window is displayed but it is empty.
There are no entries listed under "Add-Ins available:"

Look in the Registry in the keys
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\AddIns
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\AddIns

I am confused which key or keys to delete. Should I delete only "outlvba.dll"
or all the "REG_SZ" ones?

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\Microsoft.VbaAddinForOutlook.1

NAME TYPE DATA
(Default) REG_SZ (value not set)
(Filename REG_SZ outlvba.dll
FriendlyName REG_SZ Microsoft VBA for Outlook Addin
LoadBehaviour REG_DWORD 0x00000009(9)

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\MsouPlug.OutlookPlug

(Default) REG_SZ (value not set)
CommandlineSafe REG_WORD 0x00000000(0)
Description REG_SZ Norton Antispam Outlook Plugin
Friendlyname REG_SZ Norton Antispam Outlook Plugin
LoadBehaviour REG_DWORD 0x00000003(3)

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\
Microsoft.VbaAddinForOutlook.1

Since it is outlvba.dll about which Outlook is complaining, I would delete
this entire key and all its subkeys. WIth
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\AddIns expanded in the pane on the
left, select Microsoft.VbaAddinForOutlook.1 and press Delete.
