I just bought new Laptop, store installed Office 2003 SBE w/Business Contact
Mgr Version of Outlook. The toolbar in Outlook does not feature thye
"Business Tools" in toolbar that should be there. The software is the proper
SBE to have Contact Manger present. I have tried to repair the installation
with the disk, and received message that Office was now repaired, butthe
contact manager does not appear to be present. I suppose it will require
another complete installation from the disk? BTW this is the upgrade version
of Office that I am installing over an OEM Office 2oo3 version which did not
have the Contact Manager feature.

Did you download BCM Update from Microsoft?

Install that please, then add BCM database from the file menu in data file
management.
