Outlook's Master Category List

I recently upgraded to a New Computer and have been able to transfer
everything from Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2003 on my new computer. I had
originally created numerous new categories in the Master Category List to
organize my huge contact list and this Category List did not transfer over.
Can I and if so how, do I transfer this list to Outlook 2003.
