Outlook2007 Ignoring an account of mine!!

i didnt have this problem before. it appeared recently

system: Windows Xp pro, Office Enterprise 2007

problem: outlook is checking all my accounts except ONE of them!!

explaination:
i have several POP3 and IMAP accounts (including hotmail connector). and the
Auto send/receive is activated. one of my IMAP accounts is totally ignored in
that process.
even when i hit F9 (send/receive all) button the same IMAP account is still
ignored. Its name doesnt even appear in the detailed send/received little
window progress.

settings used: All emails are gathered in one gruop of send/recieve and all
are activated in that group for both send and recieve. the ignored imap
account's settings should let all subscribed folders contents to be
downloaded.

trials:
i tried to fix Outlook 2007 through the control panal. nothing changed, BUT
amazingly enough i made a new send/receive group that contained ONLY the
ignored IMAP account, activated the new group for send/receive and disabled
the ALL-Accouunts group. then i could check my ignored Imap account!!!!! but
thats not what i want.

any help please ??!?!!

How many accounts do you have?

6 accounts.

I don't know of a limit on the number of accounts in the send/receive group,
but Windows XP can have a limit on how many simultaneous network connections
it allows. Since Outlook accesses accounts asynchronously, it could be
you're running into that limit. In REGEDIT, examine the key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters\TcpNumConnections
It's a DWORD value. If that key exists, either delete it or set it to a
value of, say, 10 and see if that makes a difference. You'll probably need
to reboot after the change. If that key doesn't exist, then the problem
lies elsewhere.

the registry entry u mentioned doesnt exist !!!
i tried this and it seems to work so far. i deletedall the accounts , the
profile, and (pst) data files. then created a new profile and re-enterd all
the accounts, then imported old (pst) data files from my back-up and now
things are fine !! i still dont know what happened ..
