Outlook2000 and VB/A

I am not a great VB person, but have a small task that I
really need some help with.

A user would like to be able to click Reply to a message.
When the reply message window is opened, the user then
wants to run a macro that will insert a block of text
(i.e. Please provide additional information.).
I think this is rather easy, but am having a very
difficult go at it.

Could someone help me?

Kind Regards,
John

I have occasion to do this but don't bother with
programming. I use signature files. Much easier, and the
user should be able to maintain as needed.

Tools | Options | Mail Format tab

Click "Signature Picker" button at bottom, create new one
as needed.
After clicking "OK", make sure to UNselect it from the
default.
