Outlook03 tries to install frontpage 2000 when opening msg. why?

When opening, or even clicking on, a message that has any type of graphic in
it, whether background or signature, whatever, Frontpage 2000 starts
installing, or trying to install. Any clue as to why? I'm thinking its a
setting somewhere but I have poured over the options and can't find a thing.
.. have I missed something? Please advise, and thank you for your time.

I think the installer is actually trying to repair something. Does it prompt
you for anything? CD, error message or something?

Hi, yes, it does prompt me for the CD - do you think I should go ahead and
insert the CD? I do have that program installed and I do use it often, but
never really in conjunction with Outlook 2003.
