What email client you are using now? Is it Outlook Express or Outlook or
Windows Live?
If you don't use Outlook you can configure your default email client by
doing this:
# Click Start >> Control Panel >> Add/Remove Programs >> Click On Set access
and Defualt programs then click on Custom settings and make sure your Email
clinet checked as Default or uncheck the Outlook.
#Click Start >> Control Panel >> Double click Network and Internet
Connections >> Double click Internet Options.
On the IE properties windows you will see these Tabs:
General | Security | Privacy | Content | Connections | Programs |
Advanced.
Click on Programs and check your Email Client is selected:
E-Mail [ Outlook Express or whichever app you are using ]
Cick [Apply] then [OK] and see if that will solve the problem.
