I recently purchase a motorola Smartphone Q9c I wish to transfer my contacts
to it. It is say i need outlook, but my contacts are in windows mail. I
have tried many many times. Help please!!!

You'll need to check with Motorola about that or perhaps ask in one of
the Windows Live Mail newsgroups. If you’re not using Outlook there
isn't much guidance we can offer you, I'm afraid.
