Outlook XP printing Sunday-Saturday calendar from monthly view

I've read and tried for months. . . so, I'll start a new thread.

Has any gracious and wise soul found a
way to print a Sunday-Saturday calendar in the Monthly view? (Outlook 2002)

I've followed all the suggestions and am able to view the calendar as I want
to print it. However, when it prints, it prints starting with Monday.
