Outlook XP: Need to customize view of Tasks in Outlook Today

Outlook XP: Is there a way to use VB to customize view of Tasks, so Outlook
Today would display tasks in descending chronological order, with earlier due
dates appearing at the top? Thank you.

I'm not 100% sure, but I believe you need the old Digital Dashboard SDK to
customize the Outlook Today page beyond what the UI settings for that page
provides.

However, you can change the sort settings for Task Due Dates on that page.
Why do you need to do it programmatically?

My bad. I assumed the user had already looked at the UI options in
'Customize Outlook Today'; or at the very least it was disabled as my option
is in Outlook 2000. (and you may have just answered why my Customize option
is unresponsive.... DD SDK )

And yes, I am well aware of what happens when one assumes... case in point.
