Outlook XP/2002

I dont know what Im doing wrong but I create a PRF file in outlook 2002/XP
and when I go to double click the PRF file to test it opens up outlook and
puts the prf file as an attachment...?? Now Ive done this with 2003 it works
fine, 2000 it works fine, 2002/XP it opens up an email messge with the prf
file as an attachment with no changes made to the profile whatsoever. Has
anyone had this problem?

Check Windows Explorer (Tools | File Options) to see what the default command is for .prf files. Compare to the 2003 machine.
