Outlook will receive message only from the default account

I have three accounts on the outlook 2003. However, it only receives messages
from the default account. Can I do something so as to receive mail from all 3
accounts at the same time?

Sure, that's how it should work in the first place ;-)
Which mail account types are you using? POP3, IMAP, HTTP, other?
Are they all from the same provider?
Do you get any send/receive errors?

I am using 2 POP accounts from the same provider and 1 MAPI from another
provider. I do not get any send/receive errors. On the contrary, every
account works perfect when I set it as default.
Thanks in advance.

Is there no other way?
I need my anti-virus for the mails I receive.

Do you have a virus scanner that integrates with Outlook? Disable this
integration and try again.

You will still be protected even after disabling the email scanning
function....
