Outlook will not send messages

I must have messed up something because Outlook will no longer send my
messages. When I try it says "An internal support function returned an
error." I turned off spell check and that doesn't seem to be the
problem.

Any suggestions?

It would be nice if you posted your solution so others experiencing the same
