Outlook will not display the Permissions tab when I click on "Share my
Calendar" . I have tried to repair office, reinstall office and reinstall
Outlook only. This user is the only user that has this option not appear
when he clicks "Share My Calendar".
Is their an option that is not set correctly. Desperate for help to solve
this problem.

Do you see it if you bring up the Properties dialog for the folder?

Is the person's delivery location his or her Exchange mailbox?

I am not sure what you mean by delivery location. His emails come into an
Exchange Server and Outlook (the client) reads them from Exchange. Does that
answer your question?

Yes.

I don't see any "Share my Calendar" button. When I right-click I see
Sharing, however. What version of Outlook?

OK. I see it. I so rarely use Navigation Pane views other than Folder List
that I didn't notice it. Sorry.

What does appear when he clicks it? It should be the default tab when you
click the "Share..." link.
