Outlook Web Access

Hi,

Our server is SBS2000 and we're using Microsoft Exchange.
On the desktops we're using Windows and Office XP
Professional.

I've got a problem regarding our Outlook Web Access.
Basically, I set up a new user on our network, and he
can't login to the Outlook Web Access. It's not a machien
problem, as we've tried from multiple machines, and I've
logged onto my OWA, but we can't seem to logon to his.

When the box pops up for Username/ Password - we enter
the details and it pops back up, and only the left hand
pane of the screen appears with an 'Access Denied'
microsoft page.

When this user is logged in, in the office and tries it
(by connecting to the internet, and typing in the address
in IE) it works fine.

A few things spring to mind:

1) His login id is only slightly different to another
User. He is DaveP, and we have a Dave in the office -
could this be confusing to the server?
2) Have I forgotten to tick a box, or add him to a
particular group when setting up his User Account, which
would be causing this problem?

Any ideas? Thanks very much in advance.

Does the user have remote dial-in rights enabled for his network account (in
Active Directory Users and Computers or User Manager for Domains)?
