Outlook Web Access - Messages Stuck in Outbox

Hello,

When a user sends message in Outlook Web Access the message gets stuck
in the outbox until he returns to the office and logs back into the
network - the messages then send

We are using Exchange 2003, Windows 2003.

Does anyone know of a fix for this?

You should post this in an Exchange.Clients newsgroup (this group is for the
Outlook client; not OWA).

That said -- when the user gets back into the office is he logging in with
Outlook or OWA? Does this happen to all of your users or just one
particular user?
