Outlook turns one time appts into recurring appts when the appoin.

Many times when I am inputting a task into outlook it automatically makes it
a recurring appointment when I save it. I am not sure why it is doing this
or how to stop it. Anyone have any clues?

Control Panel - Add/Remove Programs, uninstall OutlookAddin.
