Outlook Toolbar?

Is there a way to lock the toolbar in Outlook 2003? Every time I open
Outlook up the toolbar has moved.
Thanks,
david

Is this one of Outlook's own toolbars or is it from a 3rd party app? If it's
an Outlook toolbar, you might be able to fix the problem by deleting or
renaming the outcmd.dat file while Outlook is closed. All toolbar
customizations will be lost if you do this, however.

Thanks Jocelyn for the quick reply.
I have the Standard & Advanced toolbars which I believe is Outlooks. I also
have Norton AntiSpam toolbar, this is the one that keeps dropping down. I
have them set in two rows and Norton's keep dropping down to make a third
row when I start up Outlook. I can grab the end and raise it though, so I
guess this will have to do.
Thanks again.

Yep...unfortunately many 3rd party apps are programmed to put their toolbars
in a specific location and if you try to move them, they just go back next
time you run Outlook.

Is there a way to delete third party toolbars? I have a voice editing
program that put a toolbar in several of my Office programs. I erased the
voice editing program. However, the toolbar still shows up in my Office
programs. I try going Tools > Customize > delete, but it is back again when
I restart the Office app.

Thanks,
Kevin

Is there somewhere in PopwerPoint 03 or Excel 03 that this can be done? Only
the I-Tunes add in showed in the "COM Add-Ins" area of Outlook.

yeah, you can try - start with looking for a word template or addin,
especially if the toolbar is only in the compose mail window and you use
word as your editor.
