Outlook To: AutoComplete

Where is the auto complete info stored for Outlook? I'm looking to transfer
some email address from Outllook to a phone. Im not talking about the
"contacts" but the names that autocomplete when you type in the "To:" field.
I assume they are all stored in a certain file but I just not sure which one
and where.

Should have searched previously. I found a post from Russ Valentine that
showed a link to a program that did exactly what I was looking for.
