Outlook Times

My timings are incorrect on emails.

I can send an email say at 9am, yet the receiver said it was timed at 8pm.
The time zones are correct in both outlook and windows and the gmt daylight
changing is ticked.

There isnt a specific difference either, some emails will show 45 mins later
than Id sent, others 9 hours etc.

Help please

Thank you

Is this true for both you and the receiving end? Then the time might be set
wrongly on the mailserver itself. Contact the your mailadmin and the one of
the receiver to verify the time settings on the mailserver.
