Outlook Tasks

My users are creating tasks for things to get done. That works but I need a
way to view all the the open and past do items from everyone's calendar. Is
there a way to do this?

An an option I could have them send the task to a generic user and then view
that user's tasks. The issue with that is the alternate user's task list
does not get updated when the fist users completes the task.

Any ideas?

If you're using Exchange as your mail server, users can grant you access to
their Tasks folder, and you can see what they've done.
