Outlook signature setting not sticking...

Running Outlook 2k3 on a Citrix farm, I have several users that select a
signature for new messages, but after logging out and back in the setting is
back to <none>.

Any thoughts? Anyone know where the value is stored in the registry?

Outlook 2003 has per-account signatures that are stored in the WIndows
Messaging Subsystem section of the registry, specific to each mail profile.
