MS Outlook email signature

Hi there!
I created & saved an internet explorer email signature & saved it under the
signatures folder in C:\Document & Settings\user name\application
data\microsoft.
Its works fine if i apply it to New created emails only..Gives a problem if
I apply it to the Reply/Forward messages too - error message says "The
signature could not be located.It might have been removed". If i go back to
Outlook settings, its automatically de-select the email signature in the
Reply/Forward section & replace my email signature with None"..so thats the
problem..automatically removes my email signature & puts the default which is
"None".
Would someone know where the problem is???

Is the message to which you are replying a format other than HTML? Are you
using Word as your mail editor? What version of Outlook?
