Outlook Outlook shuts down when calling Business Contact Manager

I have four PCs at work, and all of them run outlook 2007 with BCM. However, one of them shuts down when the user calls BCM. When, we set the BCM add-in as inactive outlook works properly.
Additionally, when i use remote desktop to access that specific PC, I open outlook and BCM without any problem.
Any ideas?
