outlook should let me design how to view the calander.

I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THE FLIXEBILITY TO VIEW THE CALANDER IN OUTLOOK. THE
TABLE IS A WEEKLY TIMESHEET. I THINK THIS WOULD BE USED IN OFFICES TO
CALULATE TIME SPENT ON PROJECTS. THE TABLE IS LIKE THIS.
ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE TABLE RUNNING FROM TOP TO BOTTOM IS THE DAY NAME,
STARTING WITH SATURDAY, SUNDAY, OR MONDAY (WE SHOULD HAVE THE CHOICE WHICH
DAY TO START. THEN FROM LEFT TO RIGHT, THE TIME (CHOSEN BY US). EACH DAY &
HOUR BOX ACTUALLY CONTAINS THREE SMALL BOXES. TWO IN THE TOP & ONE BELOW. THE
TOP LEFT BOX IS FOR THE PROJECT NAME OR NUMBER. THE TOP RIGHT BOX IS FOR THE
DURATION OF THE EVENT. THE LOWER BOX IS FOR THE DETAILS OF THE EVENT. (LET
US SAY MONDAY 9:30 AM. THE TOP LEFT BOX SHOULD SAY (PROJECT NAME OR NUMBER)
2056-BUSH HOUSE. THE TOP RIGHT BOX SHOULD SAY (DUARATION) TWO HOURS. THE
LOWER BOX IS FOR DETAILS (MEETING WITH MR. BUSH TO DESIGN THE HOUSE. A
POSIBILTY TO ADD A FOURTH LOWER BOX, TO IDENTIFY THE PERSON MADE THIS EVENT.
THIS TIMESHEET SHOULD BE PRINTABLE. OFCOURSE AT THE TOP THERE SHOULD BE THE
WEEK NUMBER THE DATES THE PEROSNS NAME AND NUMBER. PLEASE WHO CAN HELP REPLY.

I'll begin again...

Now you need to think things through a bit.

You would like a Timesheet - most timesheets need to be
able to accumulate times (add/subtract etc). And of course
presentation is important

Excel has a good Timesheet framework - all that calculating,
formatting, printing and so on.

And you can get Calendar Data from Outlook into Excel
(or Word for that matter).

It needs a bit of experience - but it's all about using the right
tools for the job, and using the integration that is designed into
Office.

I would suggest using either Excel as Pat suggested or trying out Microsoft
Project. The items you mentioned about how much time was spent on a project
made me think of the usages of Project, however due to pricing and if you
already have Excel installed, I would suggest using Excel for now and if you
find Project to be a better program for you then thats great, but Outlook
would definately not be the final solution for what you want to do.

The caps in your question appear to be from your language being different
on your OS? Normally we try not to use BIG LETTERS all the time as it means
you are shouting, and is normally a turn off for people to try and reply.
