Outlook Shortcuts Not working

Hi All,

This one might just be an easy one for you guys.

I have a fresh install of Outlook and the only way I can start it is by
going to start --> Run --> Outlook.

If I use any shortcuts or even doubleclick the outlook.exe file nothing
happens

Any help would be appreciated

Rt click the OE shortcut icon - select "properties' - verify the following
is listed as the target:

"C:\Program Files\outlook express\MSIMN.EXE"

Run Detect and Repair and elect the option to restore your shortcuts.
Alternatively, get TweakUI and do the same.

That will start Outlook Express, the OP is asking about Outlook from
Microsoft Office.

Hi Milly,

The repair worked fine.

It was just really odd the no shortcuts were working and clicking on
the actaul outlook.exe was not working either...

Anyways it all works fine now thanks a bunch
