Outlook Rules Script/Program

I want an Outlook mail rule which checks whether an incoming email
contains a particular word in the subject and if so, prints any
attachment to the fax printer using a telephone number also supplied in
the subject field.

e.g. Subject = "Fax xxxxxxxxx" where xxxxxxxxx is the fax number

I am sure there must be a way to do this. Can anyone help?

That's a pretty complicated requirement. You'd have to do some fairly
sophisticated coding to properly parse the subject line and I can almost
guarantee there's nothing off-the-shelf that will do it.
