Outlook rule help

We need a custom rule for Outlook2003 client side.
The manager wants to read an incoming email and then have it moved to a
folder with the senders name. I know the wizard will allow us to move the
email, but he wants to do it only AFTER he reads it.

Anyone have any suggestions.

you'll need to use a 3rd party utility to do that. I use auto-mate but there
are others.
