Outlook resets to Localhost

Having a problem with Outlook and Outlook Express
Incoming Mail server resetting to Localhost upon exiting
the program. This results in the inability to receive
new mail. All other settings remain properly set. Any
idea as to cause and how to stop this problem?

It's your antivirus software. Check with the manufacturer to see if they
have a newer version that scans mail more efficiently - many will suggest
disabling e-mail scanning, but I don't recommend it.
