Outlook refuses to open

I try to open OUTLOOK but it refuses to open
I uninstall the Office suite and install it again but the outlook still does not work.PLEASE .........HELP....

I'm having the same problem. I click on the Outlook icon,
it starts to open (all I see is the Outlook frame and the
Microsoft Outlook box) and then it stops responding.

I have tried to Repair Office, reinstall Outlook and have
uninstalled Office 2000 and reinstalled. Outlook still
will not open.

Have you found a solution?
