Hi Anver,
outcmd.dat contains Toolbar information. extend.dat contains cached (add-in)
registry information and shouldn't be transfered as this file will be
automatically be recreated from the registry.
srs, nk2 and xml are linked to your profile and are likely to brake
functionality when not transered by using the Save My Settings or Files and
Settings Transfer Wizard.

Dear,
PST file includes all your mail communications(inbox, send, drafts,
contacts, etc etc).
other than PST the following files also recommended
outcmd.dat - Registered Microsoft Exchange extensions (.dat)
Outlook.srs - Send/Receive settings (.srs)
Outlook.NK2 - Outlook contacts nicknames (.nk2)
Outlook.xml - Navigation Pane settings (.xml)
