OUTLOOK PROFILE WIZARD

Hello

I am looking for an outlook profile wizard or a step by step guide on how to
edit the .prf file so that every time we image a machine we can just dump the
prf file on the laptop and away it goes.

What we are trying to acheive is as little input from a desktop engineer or
user as possible and automating the profile setup wizard seems a good way.

Please can anyone provide any information.

I wanted to do this via Visual basic if anyone can help with the code?

Go to http://office.microsoft.com, search for "white papers," and you'll find the definitive document on how .prf files work. Depending on the details of the mail account(s) you need to configure, you may be able to use the same .prf file on each machine. Create basic ones with the Custom Maintenance Wizard or Custom Installation Wizard.
