Outlook Problem

I have Outlook 2000 on XP Pro and Exchange 5.5 SP4, if I let Outlook idle I
don't get any email and email sits in the Outbox, until I click on any part
of Outlook, at which time new email comes in and Outbox items go out.

I am having the similar problem. I have Outlook 2002(XP)
on WinXP and an Exchange 2000 server. I have about 4 or
5 users, out of 50, that do not get their emails unles
they click on the deleted box. then anyhting that came
in since the last time comes into the Inbox. Strange?!
I need help too...
