Outlook Printing problems...

I am trying to print my Outlook calendar & contacts to a HP duplex printers
(HP 9000 mfp & Hp4100 mfp) the face page is correct however the back page is
upside down. The printer driver is forcing the flip option. What can be
done to fix this probnlem?

After furious head scratching, JCR3 asked:
