Outlook - printing email, text missing off edge of page

Hi, I installed a new printer at work on Friday - a HP F2100 all-in-one.
Printing has been fine, but I've just printed an email from outlook, and the
text is cut off all down the left hand side by one or two mm. I've changed
the settings to A4 instead of letter, I've changed it to scale to paper size,
I can't think what else to do. In outlook, there doesn't appear to be
anywhere to change any margins.

I'm getting really frustrated with this now, as I get requests for
quotations all day, which have lists of sizes on, and when I print them out,
some are to pass on to other people, and if the number at the front is
missing, all the quotes will be wrong!!

Please please help if you can, thanks.

Hi Milly,

Thanks for your reply. I found the margins eventually yesterday, & changed
them all to zero. The values then reverted to left: 1.35, right: 1.31,
top: 6.83, bottom: 5.03, which must be the minimums, this made it a lot
better. There's still a tiny bit of the text missing, but I guess I can live
with it!!

I just wonder why it changed when all I did was install a new printer. The
footer on my letterheads has moved up & it won't let me move it down without
cutting off the bottom of the words!!
