Outlook .prf file and cmd script wont change exchange server setti

Hi.

We are migrating from Exchange 200 BackEnd cluster to Exchange 2003 BackEnd
Cluster. Users will be moved over in intervals.
I have to change users Outlook 2003 profiles, by changing the exchange
server setinngis and append some new RPC Proxy and chached mode settingis.
I have tried the .prf reccomendations from the Microsoft .Prf whitepaper.
But it won't change the exchange server name, only append new settings.
Please help!

Here is a copy of the .prf script:

[General]
Custom=1
DefaultProfile=Yes
OverwriteProfile=Append
ModifyDefaultProfileIfPresent=True

[Service List]
ServiceEGS=Exchange Global Section

[ServiceEGS]
HomeServer=exchbe01.domain.com

[Exchange Global Section]
SectionGUID=13dbb0c8aa05101a9bb000aa002fc45a
HomeServer=PT_STRING8,0x6608

If the old server is still available, Outlook should automatically change the server name in the profile the next time the user starts Outlook.
