Outlook POP server

Everytime I restart my pc my pop server address changes
to "Local Host" and my pop server address goes on the end
of my User Name. What is going on?

I'm running Windows 2000 Pro
Office XP Pro

I recently had to reload all of my programs on a new hard
drive and that's when the problem started it ran fine for
a year prior.

PLEASE HELP!!!

You have a personal firewall or antivirus program installed that can scan
POP3 e-mail as it is downloaded. If you disable this feature in that 3rd
party program, the pop3 server name will stop changing.
