Outlook Personal Files Backup Add-in

Windows XP Pro Tablet PC...I previously downloaded
pfbackup and installed into Oulook 2003 on an
administrative account that I have since deleted. Backup
doesn't show up in Outlook 2003 in my new admin account.
When I try to install pfbackup on my new administrative
account, I get a message sensing the previous
installation, that it won't install until the previous is
removed, and that it must be removed prior to new
installation, using add/remove programs. The problem is
that pfbackup doesn't show up in add/remove programs.
Help, please?

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
