[Outlook] Out of the office not available

Hello,

One of our users has the problem that he has enabled Out of the Office a
couple of weeks ago.

Now when he returns he want to disable out of the office. But now the option
is not available any more. He gets the message that this is not supported.

I have look at the technet site and found that this can caused by an addin.
But this addin is not available in the list.

Can anyone help me with this problem?

What version of Outlook are you using? Does Outlook show as "Connected" on
the status bar? Can he log in thru OWA and turn it off?

- Yes, it is connected
- OWA works and i can disabled it there but employees may not use OWA

Did you try running Detect & Repair? (Help menu)

Users are beging placed over 50 terminal servers.
Outlook repair is disabled.

Yikes. You may have to do a reinstall for that user then, otherwise I'm not
sure what your options are. Running OL over Terminal Server adds a layer of
complexity to these situations.
