Outlook or Exchange problem?

Hi,

I can't figure out where to post this:

One XP workstation (XP/SP2/Outlook 2003, both fully patched) refuese to
archive email. Running either a manual or automatic archive will create the
folder list but will not move any messages into the folders. Once the
Archive and folder structure are created, I can manually move messages from
the active Outlook folder to the corresponding Archive folder.

There's no problem exporting the mail into a .PST, and once the Archive .PST
is created, I can import it into Outlook.

I've already tried recreating the profile, tried exporting all the mail into
a .PST, recreating the user, and mailbox, then importing the mail back into
Outlook. I've run SCANPST against the archive, I've run a detect-and-repair
on the client, and I checked the folder permissions.

When archiving, either manual or automatic, nothing I try will induce
Outlook to actually move any messages.

I've googled and google-grouped this and searched MSKB and technet without
finding any reference.

Never mind. User had inadvertently set it for Folder Visible. Took me a
while to figure it out.
