Outlook Opens Twice

Every morning when I start my machine, Outlook opens two instances. I'm
running in an Office 2003/Win2K environment. When I do the detect and
repair, things work like they're supposed to, that is until I restart my
machine however. Does anyone have an idea why this may be happening or how
to fix it? Thanks!

No it isn't. I open it manually through the shortcut on my desktop or though
the start menu.
