Outlook Notes

I've decided to use Outlook with my Palm instead of the
Palm Desktop. However, there are certain "Notes"/Memos
and Contacts that I'd like to mark private and use a
password to open. This can be done when using the Palm
desktop. Can it be done with Outlook?

Marking items as private in Outlook keeps them private from others who may
be sharing data with you (if you have data sharing set up specifically), but
it doesn't do anything on your end -- they're not password protected in any
way on your machine.
