Outlook Not Responding

Hi,
We use outlook express 5.0 in my office and in a machine a user works with 3
identities. In that one identity alone has a problem. The problem is when he
deletes his mail the outlooks stops responding and we have to end task the
outlook express. The operating system in that machine is Windows NT
Workstation. I tried deleting and creating the identity, i also tried switch
the mail box store from c: to d: but nothing worked. It still stops
responding when i delete a mail. This happens in only a particular identity
out of 3. Remaining 2 are working fine. Please give me a solution..

Ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup.
