[Outlook] mixed accounts NEW!

(already posted, just fixed some sentences and added some tech info

Dear Sirs

we work in a corporation with an exchange server and outlook client on every workstation

On some workstations we have installed an internet smtp account, so on these machines we have 2 mail accounts: 1 intra/exchange account and 1 internet/smtp account

The main question is: how can the user tell outlook whic
account should outlook use

Example
My workstation has outlook installed, outlook is configured to fetch my email from my local exchange server and from my remote ISP mail account via pop3. Everything is stored in one single "inbox" folder

Now, what i want to understand is how to send and email, customizind the sender account. I mean, if I want to send a mail to my admins, i should select my local/exchange account and send an email to "administrator", if I want to send an email to (e-mail address removed) i should select my ISP account (because our exchange server has no connection with outside)
But I have not found a "send as" or "send from" ala outlook express anywhere

Is there an hidden option to choose which account use to send mail?

There is an Accounts button next to the Send button. Here you can select
which account you want to send from if you've got more than one account
configured.

there's no Accounts button near the send button, should it be by default settings or must I grab it from the customize menu
Thanks for your help

PS: netiquette says that your should reply at the bottom of the post... AND quote only what's relevant ;)

What version of Outlook are you using and if Outlook 2000 or previous; in
what mode?

PS: sorry about the netiquette thing but that is not how we work in these
newsgroups. I'm aware of the fact that these message will show up ugly in
several webbased newsreaders but it doesn't in a client NNTP reader like
Outlook Express. Also because messages expire it is hard to get back all the
info when people are replying; what doesn't seem relevant at first it might
be in the end. I always fail to understand in why you need to reply at the
bottom as it is a lot more scrolling before getting to the stuff I don't
know yet. I also advise people on how to fight RSI and replying at the
bottom is a big "No!" in that perspeective. I believe a lot of netiquette
rules should be updated as well.
