Outlook limits on message recipients

I currently use Outlook 2003. I'd like to send a message to a large number of
people, but if I have more than 20 people in the bcc field, outlook will send
back an "undeliverable" message. Is there some way I can disable this, or
enable the ability to send to an unlimited number of recipients?

You would have to work with your ISP/Company since you are hitting a server
side recipient limit.
