Outlook Junk junk mail

Microsoft needs to expand junk mail options so that we can truley "Block"
specified e-mail addresses from coming into our Outlook mail box. As it is
right now, we move to Junk mail, the sender continues to "send junk mail"
each and every day. It goes to the junk mail folder tying up space and taking
up my time to empty the folder. I want to BLOCK these folks from getting
into my mail box. I want to be able to set up a "Black List".

Can't you just set your rule to send items from a particular sender to your
deleted items instead of a folder that you have to empty? You're going to
empty your deleted items anyway, right?

Not possible as Outlook cannot check messages to see whether or not they
should be blocked without collecting it first. This is not limited by
Outlook but it is just how mail works; anyone can send you an e-mail just
like anyone can send you a postcard. What you are talking about is
serverside blocking; telling the mailman not to put that postcard in your
mailbox. Contact your ISP to find out what type of serverside blocking
possibilities they offer to you.

That type of blocking can happen only on the server end.
