Outlook is unable to handle photos in vcard files, import and exp.

A possibility to handle photos in vcard files would be fine, including both
importing and exporting from Contacts.
A photo in a vcard file can be encoded with the following:
PHOTO;TYPE=JPEG;ENCODING=BASE64:...

I agree that this would be a very useful feature to be able to use the PHOTO
property of vcards in Outlook.
