Outlook is sending invite to people that are not on invite list

Tommy

We are connected to an Exchange server. So far it have happened twice this
year, and I cannot recreate the problem. Just notice that I have a bounced
back message from 2 people that I did not invite and no longer have their
email address.

A distribution list was use to send the invites, but their emails are not on
the list or are they in my contacts folder.

Pls help.

The usual culprit of this phenomena is that one (or more) of the recipients
of the original invite has a DELEGATE(S) for their calendar.

The only way to track this down is to check each client that was invited
and ask them if they have a delegate.
