Outlook Inbox. Differentiate direct and cc mails.

It is a suggestion on Outlook. I should be able to differentiate mails where
I am in 'TO' list from other CC or BCC mails. Perhaps, Microsoft can provide
a visual cue very similar to follow up flags. I know, using rules, one can
move mails to a designated folder. But, I would not like to disturb the inbox
instead, looking at the flag (or similar) would like to read mails directly
sent to me first ( where I am in 'to' list) and then other mails.

Is such a thing available already?

A rule should be able to distinguish this and apply a colored flag as an
action.
