outlook Import/Export menu item not shown

Cleanroom Services & Investigation

The menu item for Import and Export is not shown on my menu bar and I have
already changed the option under Tools>Customize to "Always Show Full Menus"
and have "Reset menu and toolbas usage data". I would really like to export
it so that I can use it on another computer and I'm not sure of another
method to tranfer the data. Could someone let me know what I can do to copy
my current Outlook data so that nothing is lost.
